Fantastic customer service and advice! After losing yet another pair of Oakleys while flying we stopped into the shop on the advice of a friend who told us it was the pace to go. We were greeted promptly by Brandon, who listened to our plans and what we would be using the glasses for (offshore sailing), and proceeded to show us probably a dozen different options, with advice on lens and frame fit as it related to sailing v everyday use. We both ended up with Costas, and loved them. The fact it is locally owned was a huge added plus. Will definitely shop here again!!

Can't say enough about Steven and the rest of the team at Shades of Charleston. We had a lens crack on a pair of Costas we'd just bought this summer. I called the store and they walked me through the process of making an online claim, and immediately emailed me a copy of my original receipt so I didn't have to dig around for it. The Costa website was terrible and basically told me I'd have to buy a new pair. So I made another call to Steven and he was extremely helpful in coming up with a creative solution that literally saved us $200. Y'all are awesome!!

The fine folks at Shades of Charleston provide fantastic customer service! Today, I brought my Maui Jim sunglasses to them so that they could swap out my lenses—something I could not do on my own. While there, the staff was very warm and friendly to me. They also swapped out the lenses in no time at all! Grade A business.
