What is our ONLINE return policy?
You have 7 days to return or exchange any product(s) after receiving! *Item(s) must be in new unworn condition. The only thing you cover is return shipping. No restocking fees, or hidden costs.
1.) First, email CustomerService@ShadesofCharleston.com to let us know why you are exchanging or returning.
2.) Next purchase a return label to ship the item(s) back to us! We can also send you a label and deduct the cost when we refund you. Once we receive your item(s) you'll receive your instant credit to the site if you would like to choose another pair.
Just returning? Email CustomerService@ShadesofCharleston.com to let us know why you are exchanging or returning. Once we receive your returned box you will receive your refund within 2 business days.
Is it easy to return or exchange items?
Yes, just an easy 2 step process! Please note: Shades of Charleston only covers return shipping for damaged items.
What items are returnable?

What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Scratched, broken, or damaged goods.
- Clothes must have original hang tags.
